  1. OMG... IDK - I ate anything and everything I could get my hands on and MORE. I ate until I was full and then ate some more! No kidding! I've read from others here that the best things to eat when you load are things that are filled with good fats like olive oil, fatty dairy products... stuff like that. And I also read to not eat too much in the way of breads. More fats than carbs. So, I tried to go with the fats this time. I ate hamburgers (minus the buns), sausage, any fatty meats.. stuff like that.
  2. Hi Robin! Yep. I had to quit because I was sick, on antibiotics, and didn't feel that, in essence, starving myself would help me get better. Not to mention, I had 3 gains in a row (I'm sure due to the antibiotics as well as the illness). After that, I went crazy and ate everything in sight. Interestingly, even after eating like that for a month, I only gained back 5 pounds! Then, the last 2 weeks of 2010 I REALLY overdid it (knowing full well that I was going to be starting the diet again). I gained another 5 lbs. I had been as low as 167.8. But, by the time I weighed in at the start of this round, I was up to 181!

    I started another round on Sunday. I was 181 Sunday morning. Monday morning I was 183.6. Tuesday morning I was 185.2. And this morning I'm down to 180.8. So, I have a 4.4 lb loss from my high weight of 185.2. (YAY) So, in my opinion, it's going great. I'm actually doing better than I did in my first round because I loaded better this time.

Day 6 of VLCD

Well I only lost .2 today. But that is my fault. I cheated last night with McDonalds....the worst kind of cheat there could be.
But today is a new day and I'm sticking to it. I know tomorrow I will have a bigger loss....I just know it.

Wow I'm down another 1.2 lbs. I'm so surprised......I thought I would slow down by now. But I'll take it anyday. :-) I can't wait for tomorrow. It will be a full 7 days on Friday.

Day 3 of VLC

When I started this on Friday, I was at 230. This morning I'm down to 223.6 I'm so excited. I'm sure most of that is water weight, but I don't care. I love the way the scale looked this morning. LOL
I can't wait until tomorrow morning to weigh again.

Loading Day 2

I had a really hard time eating enough yesterday. But will work really hard to eat eat eat today.

This morning I weighed 232. Up 2lbs from yesterday.
