  1. Just checking in this morning. down .2 on the scale. I hate that I judge my day by the scale. But what is the alternative when I am doing such a rigid program?

Too busy to post but I am down 14 lbs. Decided to do 3 more weeks.

I have decided to do three more weeks. I am down 14 lbs. I have not been perfect. (not going to cry over spilled milk) I am at a clinic and it is expensive but I do not have to do the mixing or buy the meds off the internet. Scary. I know I am a big chicken. Anyway I have skipped a day each week and I am having no hunger, so I am going to do 3 more weeks with the hope of getting off 10 more lbs. That would put me in the 130s. I hope that is realistic. I thought I had totally blown it last week, but it was not too bad this morn!

I had not weighed in 10 days. Yes, 10! I was on vacation and had no access to a scale. I did pretty good on the ski trip except for the last three days. See my post from yesterday. This morning on the scale, I was up 1lb. I know it should have been down 3 or 4 for the week. So I could look at it as a 5 lb swing. But I not agonna do dat! I have gotten my positivity back today. Fell off the wagon on my ski trip. I hate myself!!!

I have been gone since March 7th on a ski tip to Beaver Creek, Co. We had a grand trip and I did very well until Friday. I was by myself because I did not want to ski or snowshoe and I had a salad and bunless hamburger patty for lunch. The salad was packed with all sorts of goodies. Day 11 Skipping a dose today.

I was a little hungry over the weekend and I ate a little more. Now I must admit that I had houseguests for the weekend and went to a Sunday Brunch. I did well. I was down .4 this morning. After a nice visit to the throne. If ya know what I mean. I want to strecth my doses out past the six weeks. I would like to get in a few more days. Maybe I am just selfish. But I am motivated and it is hard to get back on this wagon when it stops. I have a ski trip in two weeks. Lots of exercise on that.

Day 9 Down 1.2 So relieved.

Thanks for all the encouragement yesterday. I will suck down the water and cut out the coconut oil. Tomorrow will be a challenge. We have a brunch at a very nice restaurant. Hugos is sort of fancy Mexican food. I do not know what the h#ll I am going to do. I cannot stay home. I am very motivated and I think that is what will pull me through. I should be able to get plan meat and a vegetable or at least a salad. I will make it.
