    The weather here has been terrible as well! I can't wait to get back to the hotness in Honduras (in more ways than one! ha ha). I'm leaving tomorrow. Alana will get her braces on July 6. Stay warm! Say hi to everyone for me!

    I would bet TOM had a lot to do with it. I'm having issues here and there with mindless eating. I just don't have my head in it sometimes like I used to and know I can.

    How the rx does you well. Let me know. I'm on day 25, but I'm going to goal and then 14 days beyond that on higher calories to make the goal weight stick.

    I'm 138 today. Had 4 days in a row where I lost a total of 4.4 pounds then gains the next two days of .6 and 1.6.. pain in the butt. Down .6 today. I want to hit 133ish for my stick it weight.

    It's hard to say if it was the rx or not. I don't think it was. At least I'd like to think it wasn't. I guess I'll be finding out since this round is rx also.

    For me the jumps I think was my body trying to put back on what I'd lost. That and several meals out (even though I tried to stay P3ish most of them) and then correction days just weren't working. This P3 was unlike my other ones. In previous rounds I didn't need a steak day until 2 weeks into P3 and then in P4 I could eat most anything without and issue. if I went up some, I could get it right back down. I think the good P3 without a lot of correction days helps when we get to P4.

    Hi. I'm in r4 also..second week. I gained in p4 and my body just really wasn't taking to my goal weight. I think it was a combination of never being this weight, jumping right to p3 after hitting goal, and not having a good p3. This round is to get back to goal, hold that weight for 10 to 14 days eating increased calories and then transitioning slowly to p3. Calling it a 'stick it' round.

Gained while on vacation - entered p4 while on holidays.

I gained 5.8 on a 2 week vacation to Florida. I know I definatley have a problem with gluten. I find that this p4 is much different than my last and I gain much more easy. I did 3 steak days while on vacation and during the last 4 dats of it I was at my grandparents and could not do a steak day and so my weight crept up. It is Christmas Eve tonight and I want to enjoy a bit of Christmas fare tomorrow, I will not be overindulging, but will allow myself a bit of Chocolate and hope for the best. I

Ldw

Today is my ldw and I am at 149.4 - yahoo! I lost 19.6 this round - was hoping for a little more, but TOM also came today and so my losses for this week were less than I was expecting!!!! Can't do anything about natural life occurances!!!! I struggled more this round with cravings, not real hunger issues, just feeling deprived in a big way! I had several more small cheats this round, which stalled me a couple of times. I did not have to do an apple day this round, so no long stall! So Wednesday

R2 1st load day

I was up today so started r2 4.8 over ldw. I had bread yesterday and was worried this would happen. Glutten is my enemy.

Today load day is going well. Eating nuts, small piece of pie, small piece of cake, chicken, ham, salad with dressings, Hagen Daz Icecream - yum, oatmeal with real cream and brown sugar. Today is Canadian Thanksgiving and so I have eaten a few items that I probably would not have included in my loading, but that is okay.

Starting R2P2 Tomorrow.

I am officially done r1p4 today. Weighed in at 166.8 this morning. Up 3.2 from LDW. Starting to load tomorrow for r2. Hcg rx sublingual is mixed and ready for morning dose. I am excited and hope I have a very successful round.
