    Christian is doing much better. Alana has the cold ... it really hit her today (great timing). She's 14.

    Ok so I'll be there at 8 am. We'll try calling your phone as well. Christian will probably know how to get it to work. I think taxis would be smarter (maybe one of them little busses for all of us.. we'll see what's there). We'll bounce up and down a lot so you won't be able to miss us. lol No worries. Call me the morning you get here, before you get off the boat and let me know when you'll be disembarking. We'll be there when you get off. Wheeee! I'm so excited to meet you for reals! So are we going to send the men and kids off and go do a relaxing woman's day out? LOL... that would be fun. We'll see how you feel by the time you get there. Maybe you'll have gotten the time you need already. If you're still stressed though... I'll have ideas just for US. I'm sure I could use a day off as well.

    Freeze a big head of cabbage. (than defrost on the day of use)
    ground chicken breast (xlean ground beef)
    garlic, chopped small (i used the jarred stuff)
    onion, chopped VERY small (i used dehydrated, remember re-hydrate!)
    celery seed
    Italian seasoning, basil, garlic & herd seasoning, salt, pepper (anything else you might want to add)

    Mix everything together weight out 52 g of mix (allows onion and garlic- i add alot!)
    and form into small sausage looking things. Pan fry them in a bit of water until fully
    When the chicken is done cooking, take a leaf of cabbage, cut out hard stem (about 1inch worth) at the bottom, it makes it easier to fold. Fold cut side up first, than the opposite side and finish wrapping. Place into a pan with some tomato sauce in the bottom. When pan is full, cover the top with tomato sauce (or tops get really dry) Cook in the oven (350) until sauce is hot.
    dont eat all of the tomato sauce it could make you stall!

    Hi! How's your round going? It's almost week 2 of my p3 and I'm stabelizing pretty well, even with my interuption. I've had to do 2 steak days thus far, but I'm hanging around 151. You should be fine doing an interuption on your next round if you want to.

Gained while on vacation - entered p4 while on holidays.

I gained 5.8 on a 2 week vacation to Florida. I know I definatley have a problem with gluten. I find that this p4 is much different than my last and I gain much more easy. I did 3 steak days while on vacation and during the last 4 dats of it I was at my grandparents and could not do a steak day and so my weight crept up. It is Christmas Eve tonight and I want to enjoy a bit of Christmas fare tomorrow, I will not be overindulging, but will allow myself a bit of Chocolate and hope for the best. I

Ldw

Today is my ldw and I am at 149.4 - yahoo! I lost 19.6 this round - was hoping for a little more, but TOM also came today and so my losses for this week were less than I was expecting!!!! Can't do anything about natural life occurances!!!! I struggled more this round with cravings, not real hunger issues, just feeling deprived in a big way! I had several more small cheats this round, which stalled me a couple of times. I did not have to do an apple day this round, so no long stall! So Wednesday

R2 1st load day

I was up today so started r2 4.8 over ldw. I had bread yesterday and was worried this would happen. Glutten is my enemy.

Today load day is going well. Eating nuts, small piece of pie, small piece of cake, chicken, ham, salad with dressings, Hagen Daz Icecream - yum, oatmeal with real cream and brown sugar. Today is Canadian Thanksgiving and so I have eaten a few items that I probably would not have included in my loading, but that is okay.

Starting R2P2 Tomorrow.

I am officially done r1p4 today. Weighed in at 166.8 this morning. Up 3.2 from LDW. Starting to load tomorrow for r2. Hcg rx sublingual is mixed and ready for morning dose. I am excited and hope I have a very successful round.
