Greetings from East Texas! I am a 53 year old mother of 3 grown kids and 5 grandkids and I have taught school for 18 years. For the last 10 years I have gradually let life, health issues, and emotions dictate my diet---I am done with that and I have made a promise to myself and to my family that I will lose the weight and keep it off! As the advertisement says, "I just want to be beautiful one more time"! But stay that way for the rest of my life. I have set a goal of 69 pounds by September 30, 2011 and I have lost 12 as I join the forum tonight! Here is to a successful trip down this new journey of my life and to all of you as well.
