how are you doing? You wrote me a msg then disappeared. I hope you are doing well, just wanted to check on you!

I have written out several recipes and posted them in the March 2011 Starters group, please feel free to join, if not I can try to copy and paste them and put them here in your msgs. I was very confused as well (and still am sometimes!) You are in Phase 2 and depending how long you go when you are done with your drops you go to phase 3. (I am doing injections so your program may be a little different than mine) I'm going by the Pounds and Inches Protocol by Dr. Simeon.
Since I don't like seafood I was given the option of eating 3 egg whites as a protein for my day (90 calories) and only eat beef twice a week! I was eating it everyday and had a stall for 11 days!!!! That totally sucked! haha please come join the March 2011 starters....you should see it on my page under groups!

Hey! Don't beat yourself up about cheating, just start fresh and continue from there. If you find it hard to be out in public without eating, maybe try not going (I know that sounds harsh, but You are doing this for you, right?) I had to tell myself that I'm going to be selfish during this diet, I'm doing this for me and I'm going to do whatever I need to do to make it work for me!
