    Hey there. How are you doing on the protocol now? Your progress has really inspired me to get serious since we are around the same weight and you have shown me its possible to get below 140.     Hey Girl,

    Sorry it took me so long to respond, have been off the forum for a few weeks. Yes, I am starting another round....last round was the worst. Very long story, and so sad, lol. My sister is selling the drops. She talked me into using them, they did not work, OMG, I gained, I was starving and well I quit. Made me so mad, I had used the pellets on my outher round, and did so good. And stabled in P3 real fast, never had to do a steak day. Then I screwed it all up with this last round. BUT, I will not be defeated, I also have ordered from ADC, and already have it and am ready to go. My DH I are planning to start loading on Oct. 7th. This is going to be our last round, and are both determined to make it the best.

    Hi Tracy!! Yes for a second I was at 229 and then of course P3 added 1.5 water to me so I am at 231 on my 3rd day of P3 but feeling fantastic and so happy with how the round went. Had a great first date today with a very attractive and kind man. He is 2 inches shorter than me but he says on the inside he is very big! Haha he is right, good guy, good heart. How is your new blended family blending? Hope that it is a very sweet experience for you. Tempted to do another P2?

    Beth and I finally gave up on the thread and now only Princess ever posts. im in a long P3 and then short p4 gearing up for my cruise in November, then loading at thanksgiving. Im in a 16 and enjoying that quite a bit.

    Well after drinking tons of water the past two days it has all come off and I am below ldw from last week. I am gonna push through and do 2 weeks of p2 and then take a good 3-6 weeks break. I really just want to lose it all but I know my head is not in the game as much as it was and I don't want to sabatoge my progress!

    Hey well I was doing great on p3 again and even losing on it, then had to fly monday and knew I would gain from travel. I ate p3 and then used one day as a load and gained like 10lbs! Seriously! I retain so much water, and also think I may be sensitive to gluten since it was pizza I had. I lost 3.6 today but have to get back to drinking tons of water. Just makes me mad I was so close to being under 200 and now I am further away!

    I see you gained on a FFF day. I gained on a steak day yesterday and am doing a fff day today. Are you sensitive to dairy? If not why do you think you gained? Now i'm scared ha ha
