    Hi! I just joined and read the following post you wrote:

    While on p3, I did a couple of high protein days consisting of grilled chicken with mayonnaise, Atkins Advantage bars, and steak. Both times dropped me two pounds or more.

    I was wondering how many Atkins Advantage bars do you eat when you do this correction day? I'd love to hear back from you. I lost 44 lbs on hcg and am now up 10 lbs and would love to get my weight back down without doing another round. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi I am new to hcg diet but did a lot of research before I started...I wanted to know as much as I could before so I would have less chance of messing up...so I am only on day 4 of the drops...2 loading days and 2nd day on VLCD...ANYWAY I have a couple of questions...it shows you are a senior member...how long have you been involved with the hcg diet...I need to ask #1 can I eat 2 clemintines as one fruit at lunch...I did today...then I got scared...everything I read says not to do 2 small apples...what about clemintines? The are extremely small...and #2 I forgot my melba toast this morning and I needed to take my morning pills at work...I was given 1 lowfat ritz cracker...will that mess me up too much? dd2165

    Going well! Day 6 and down 4.2 Slower then previous rounds but that is ok with me. This does not include the 2.7 load weight, but that came off too lol

    LOL always fun to load!! I am good I am in round 3 ( my 2nd cycle) and down 4.1 on vlcd day 3. I gained 2.7 on a 1 day load.

    Hey just wanted to say hi! Just finished a p2 2 weeks p3 1 week cycle. Stabilized .5 above LDW. Back tp P2 today.
  10. Oh, that is because you're on p2!! I craved EVERYTHING imaginable on both of my p2's, LOL. Once you're past that and eating lots of healthy foods in p3 and p4, you may feel the same aversion as I do. I hadn't been around fast food in so long I don't know when the smell would have gotten to me. That was the first time I'd had it around me in a very long time. Smelled like dog food to be honest.
