Im not from Iowa but I am a mother of 6 and a few years older with a lot more weight to lose. I wanted to know what version of the Hcg you are doing. I saw that you were having two apples a day and I thought you were allowed only one. There are so many different things out there. I would just like to know one specific that someone else is following thats working. I ordered the hcg pills but no diet came with them. I have my husband and a two of my sons (19 and 14) who are doing this with me. Just started loading yesterday and today and just want to know exactly what we should be doing. Cause tomorrow is where it gets tricky. Thanks for any help. I will be reading up on all i can get a hold of.
