January 2 - Day 1 VLCD

Here I am again - loaded over NYE and NYD
today's meal plan
4 oz chicken breast and 3 stalks celery
orange at 4
chicken breast and 1 cup spinach
apple at 8.30 snack with tea
so far its noon and no headaches! not hungry due to overzealous loading!!!

July 15 Day 9 VLCD

Im back on HCG... and back to this website... how did i stray???
I started July 7 at 167.4 and am now 160.6 with a goal of 145
I am working with a trainer and doing light cardio 3-4 times per week.
I also have to have surgery next week... so that will be another wrinkle... but i held off starting until I had a quiet month... no travel.. no company.. guess what ... it doesnt exist and all those momens just serve as a chance to eat and gain weight it seems. So my goal is to get

the march continues....
i am feeling good... not physically hungry ... but i think mentally... i love food and im missing it...
but its ok for today as i am down 9 lbs from my post load high (and boy it was a 4 lb gain!!)... i can start to feel the change in my waist... skirts are a titch looser and thats a nice feeling.
BF is being very supportive and thats really nice
this weekend we are traveling to SF and im a bit worried about staying compliant while traveling

Getting Started -Cori's Blog

Day 2 on VLCD
weight down 6 lbs yesterday - I think Vegas was a great place to load!!
weight now 156.8 this morning.... i think i spent half the day in the bathroom peeing!!!
goal is 140
also started elliptical - did 12 minutes yesterday - will try to add 1-2 minutes each week
not hungry but dont feel satisfied after eating if that makes sense...
