  1. Hi Willa, I haven't made any flax seed crackers. I did try making a microwave 1 serving flaxmeal bread (which was actually pretty yummy!) but that was the day of the roadtrip and I gained all the way back up to LIW. lol...That doesn't mean it's bad, probably just introduced too much too fast. Did you want the recipe? If so, I can private message you with it.

So far I feel great and happy with my losses. I start off saying I was going for 20 lb loss now I am thinking 30lb am I pushing it?
I have a cruise coming up Jan 5, surely I can get 30lb off by then. Do you think?

Chicken, cabbage, tomatoes stewed- lunch
Large apple - snack
Seasoned grilled chicken - supper

My first week was awesome, now the weight loss is slowing down, however I am still very pleased. I am sure a stall is right around the corner.
I feel great and my clothes are fitting good. So far my only cheats is sugar free gum. Enjoy your evening

The ugly 10 pounds gone

I am traveling so have not weighed on my own scales for the last two morning.
But I have lost 10lbs this first week. The 10lbs I lost I have put on in the last 30ish days. So it was new weight gained and had not really made my body it home. With that said that ugly 10 pounds made me start HCG again. Crazy but that 10 pounds made me feel bad, and my clothes look tight and uncomfortable. Keep in mind I have put on about 30 pounds. Obesity such an ugly word.

For me the magic number is 169. 169 plus and I am obese, any under I am over weight. I was hoping for over weight today but and still obese at 169.2. Boo!
I alway set below 169 as my goal never go there, and if I do get busy quickly and start loosing.
Do you know your magic number, between obese and overweight, and overweight and normal weight?
My fingers are crossed to just be over weight tomorrow.

Yesterday was awesome, I drank so much water that I was not hungry all day. My evening meal I just ate protein, really did not even want that. So under 500. With that said I woke up scared to weigh, I have never lost on HCG or any diet like I am this round, so I know it will not keep falling off. A stall in in the near future, and I thought maybe today.
