This is my first time on HCG & first time visitor here. any help & insight would be greatly appreciated!!
Especially with recipes and splitting up my calories equally. I'm also still feeling hungry at times?? I am doing this too get back to a healthy weight but also to detox from a few things that i don't want to ingest anymore (soda, refined sugars). Mostly I want to be healthy for myself and my kids!! any help would be appreciated! Thx![]()
