Hey trish! I had to send that private mail because it was too long for a post on you profile. Anyway. I wouldn't use ANY wheat or gluten flours if you are going gluten free. I'm not sure which one my mom likes best... her cabinet is full of different ones. If you have a decent sized health grocer around you, I know there are pre made pizza dough crusts that my mom also buys. I am always expierementing with different flours. Sometimes I just combine different ones... rice, corneal, bean, almond etc. However some of those are not allowed on different phases, so you have to find what works for you. Bobs red mill sells a good gluten free bake mix.. but I dont know off hand what the flours are made of. I hope you got your dose right! I know everyone has a "sweet spot" and its a challenge to find it sometimes

I'm so sorry to keep bothering you with my questions. I looked up alldaychemist and saw the price was really surprisingly low. I suppose I had gotten the idea of being higher from different sources. My recent prescription reads: HCG 5000 Unites & Vitamin B Complex 100-1ml in Vial. Dose 0.20, 0.20, 0.22, 0.22, 0.25, 0.25, then miss a day. I am using syringes that diabetics use, which is very, very tiny, and that is where the measurement I just typed occur. I don't know how to compare the doses of 150iu corolate with the ones I have been using. I bet this is already explain somewhere on this forum. If it would be easier for you, do please, tell me and I won't be troubling you.

Typically we say that the mixed rx hcg can start losing potency after about 25 days. Some people don't see that issue. A vial of 5000iu could feasibly give you 33 days of dosing at 150iu per day (5000/150).

I really depends.. Myself.. if i were to buy hcg online through alldaychemist or rxpharmacy I would get 4 or 5 2000iu vials for a long round (40+days) rather than the 5000iu vials. the smaller iu vials mean you mean more often and the hcg is fresher

The dosing is standard from person to person.

Are you using prescription hcg that you inject or take under the tongue and has to be refrigerated or homeopathic drops?

Hi Trish, for sure. I purchase my flavored Stevia through Amazon.com. I use Sweet Leaf brand. They are very good and Amazon is much cheaper than the ones you find at stores like Sprouts.
