For more decorative eggs, place about 1/4 cup melted chocolate in a small plastic bag. Cut a hole in the corner of the bag; pipe chocolate over tops of eggs. Store in the refrigerator. Makes 16 eggs.

  8. Here's the recipe for PB Eggs from http://mariahealth.blogspot.com/. Love this blog!
Saw this on a blog and want to save the recipe for later.
    "Healthified" Peanut Butter Eggs:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or coconut oil, softened
1 (18 ounce) jar creamy NATURAL peanut butter (or almond butter)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup powdered erythritol* and 1 tsp stevia glycerite (or 1 cup xylitol)
6 cups no sugar added semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup coconut oil or butter

Using a coffee grinder, grind the sweetener until a fine powder to resemble powdered sugar. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Beat in sweetener. Form rounded tablespoonfuls into egg shapes. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Chill for 30 minutes.

In a microwave-safe bowl or heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, stir until smooth. Dip eggs until coated; place on waxed paper to harden.

Sorry I have not got back to you, Still trying to figure out this site. All is good. Just a little bored like you. I feel from what I eat now and what I eat now should be a bigger weight loss. But one day at a time is all we can do.

You're very welcome Troya - I haven't had any problems with either the fish sauce or the nuts. The fish sauce is just anchovies soaked in water, and is more salt than anything, and the amount of nuts in one serving is so small - the spice paste that I made lasted me through P2 as I only used a teaspoon or less in a serving. I made mine quite spicy with putting too many chillis in the paste, so that tempered my use of it in the soup! You could leave out the nuts altogether, as they are just meant to be a thickening agent for the paste, and sub sea-salt for the fish sauce perhaps? I found on P2 with such a restrictive diet that the secret to tastebud happiness is in the spices, and you can get very creative with those! Good luck!

R2 / P2 / VLCD3 - Another 3.4 gone!

by Troya D Clark on October 2nd, 2011 at 09:10 AM
Total of 8.4 pounds in two days. Still no energy, but I DO have some muscle aches happening. Yay me! I love how my body resists this diet. It tells me that I was crazy to let my weight get out of control and reminds me that I have work to do. The little aches and pains just tell me that I am on the right path.

Today's Plan:

Breakfast: Hot peach tea
Snack: Apple
Lunch: grilled chicken breast and cabbage soup
Snack: 100g strawberries
Dinner:

R2 / P2 / VLCD2 - 5 Pounds in ONE day? I remember YOU!

by Troya D Clark on October 1st, 2011 at 07:47 AM
I had a really tough day yesterday. Low energy. Bad attitude. I was really sad. After having had such a major set back and 5 months away from the HCG diet, I forgot how hard VLCD1 can be. I felt very hungry, but I managed to avoid the headache from last time. It must have been "Delicious Treats Day" at work yesterday, because everywhere I looked, thin people were stuffing their faces with donuts, cakes and peanut butter. I just kept on drinking my water and repeated the mantra, "I

R2 / p2 / vlcd1 - ready? Set? Go!

by Troya D Clark on September 30th, 2011 at 05:36 AM
Ending Load Weight = 189.7. YIKES!

Trying not to think about it too much, because I know it will come off in no time. I have been using some injectibles that expired over a year ago and think that maybe that is just too long. I switched to new stuff today.

Menu for day one:

Breakfast: 16 Oz Hot cinnamon and apple spiced tea (5:30-6)
Morning Snack: 1 Jazz Apple (9:30)
Lunch: 100g of 99/1% Gr Turkey cooked with a little beef broth, cilantro

R2/P2/D2 - Loading day 2

by Troya D Clark on September 29th, 2011 at 05:33 AM
Weight 287.2

Discouraged, because last round I lost a little during loading. That just means there is more to lose, I guess. Going to enjoy the healthy (and unhealthy) fats I will be missing for the next few months.

I am feeling anxious about starting VLCD1. Last time I changed my lifestyle through HCG, I was not working. This allowed me to make lunch and dinner fresh each day. I am a little nervous about reheating meat that has no fat to begin with. What is THAT going

Back for more. R2/P2/D1 - Loading and Loving it!

by Troya D Clark on September 28th, 2011 at 07:55 PM
So here's my story. Sad but true....

I was successful during my first round. I lost 23 pounds in 23 days. I competed in my 1st triathlon. I sold everything I owned and moved from Florida to Arizona in ONE vehicle. I left behind my weight loss support and my exercise buddies. I traded them in for a fancy new job with a fancy new life.

During the move, I went back to old habits. It started on day one of the 12 day journey at Subways. I meant to have a salad, but ended
