Between Thanksgiving and Christmas I lost 35 lbs doing R1 of sublingual and it was easy to stay on the diet. At the begining of Feb I started R2, doing shots this time, and lost about 15 lbs in three weeks and struggled every day to stay on the diet. My husband was doing it with me and he had a harder time than I did. We both called it quits in week four and have both gained back everything lost on that round. Besides the struggles I had with staying on the diet, my hair was falling out in clumps.

I have read on here in the past few months plenty of complaints about scales. I know I have gone through my share in my quest to find the perfect scale. So I thought I would share my finding of the perfect scale, in my opinion atleast. Health-O-Meter Weight Trend Tracker which you can find at WalMart for under $25. This scale is awesome! I guess I wasn't drinking enough water. I have been getting in 2 liters a day and haven't lost much in the past week or so. My dear husband said I needed to drink more water. He is doing the protocol with me this round and now he thinks he knows it all! He thinks the key to the whole protocol is drinking lots of water. So I managed to down 2.5 liters of water yesterday and woke up this morning 1.8 lbs lighter. So glad for the loss and I will drink more water now, but dang him for being right!!!

I have always had a hard time drinking my water, but I have found a couple ways to get it down painlessly. I make a game out of drinking my water, one bottle at a time. I make sure to always have a bottle with me. In the morning I drink a bottle before I allow myself to eat. When I take my kids to school I give myself the car ride to school and back to drink one bottle. I do the same when I go to pick them up. When I go to the store or the mall, I carry a bottle with me because I know I will drink
