Dismal - that is how I will describe my week 2 results. Down only 1 pound. WTF? Very discouraged. Did I cheat? Yes with 1T of peanut butter. Seriously. I am stuck at the same weight I got stuck on in my previous round.
I am currently on VLCD 18 and I am only down 6.6 pounds total. The weight is not moving. I am down one pound so far in this week 3, so maybe the next 3 days will see me increase losses. I am going to Vegas in a few days and will have a planned interruption.

Disappointment when I woke up and weighed myself today.
Results – I only released .2 pounds again.
Total week 1 loss (not-including load weight lost) -4.6 pounds and 3 inches. This is not what I was hoping for after a week. I will stick to protocol on week 2 and see if those little cheats were making a difference.

Wow, I felt so much better today than yesterday. Rough day in that I was headachy and weak yesterday. I guess it was the body detoxing finally. I hadn’t had any symptoms the first four days. I did wake up hungry again though today.
Results – I only released .2 pounds. I know the reasons why:
1) water – I didn’t drink water until 6pm
2) apple at 9pm – probably too late
3) Treadmill for 30 mins at 8pm – likely not having drank enough water all day,

Well tough start to yesterday. I woke up feeling weak. I decided to add a breakfast to my routine. I also took two melatonin before I went to bed and had a much better sleep. I feel MUCH better today and will stick to the protocol. Yesterday I ended up eating 730 calories. Despite that I had a loss but I know I need to eat according to protocol to have better losses.

Well I stuck to protocol yesterday with the exception of Miracle Noodles and I will be honest it was a challenging day. But first, let’s get to my results
Results – I released another .8 pounds, putting my losses at 3.8 pre-load and 6.2 post load weight. I am very happy. I focused really hard to stay clean yesterday.
