this time i have a partner in crime. my mom decided to join me on the journey this time. i really hope she is successful and reaps the benefits that i have from doing a round. i have learned so much about myself and how i deal with food from doing the protocol. call me crazy but i also decided to quit smoking for good tomorrow. during my first round i always felt i was such a phony, i'm trying so hard to be healthy and be a good role model, but i still have this nasty habit that i try to keep under

149.2 this morning, kind of a bigger jump then i wouldve liked. Wanted to be a little higher because i was about 3 lbs below my ldw. Not gonna stress because its still a goos weight. Didnt have the best eating plan today because i was pretty busy all day.

Coffee w cream
Buffalo chicken w low carb wrap

Todays weight 147.8, too low so i added a half of a roll for dinner. Fearing a big gain for tomorrow because i had lunch out, too much sodium at restaurants.
Todays menu-
Fff w berries
Coffee w cream
Crispers trio w broccoli cheese soup, tuna salad, and steak and bleu lettuce cup.
Sugar free oatmeal pecan nibbler
Cocoa crack
Kona crusted ribeye
Broccoli w cheese
Half a multigrain roll w margarine

Down again this morning 149.6, i'm probably averaging over 2000 calories a day so i'm pretty shocked that i keep losing. Today i probably only had around 1500 calories because i wasnt feeling that good after work and took a 3 hour nap and didnt have that much of a dinner. Same menu as yesterday except no taco salad and no red wine, but did have some guacomole and some cocoa crack when i got home from work. I started using my calorie counter again and todays totals were-

Weight was 150.4 this morning. Quite surprised with only gaining .2 considering how full i felt after dinner, hopefully that means i'm stabilizing. Same menu today as yesterday, except i only had one serving of taco salad for dinner. I may have some cocoa crack later on, been wanting to experiment with adding some different things. Thinking of adding some chopped almonds and sea salt. Theres a dark chocolate bar i love that has those two ingredients in it, i believe its by lindt, and it is amazing
