Hey Melissa - I am doing well on the weight loss but I am feeling realy bad. I gained 1.0 over LDW in P4 of R1, gained 2.2 with loading days but as of today I have lost 6.0. I am loving seeing the numbers on the scale go down but like I said I am feeling bad: headache, body aches, "foggy" head and VERY tired. I felt great during my first round so I am not sure if I am detoxing with the diet or if I might be getting sick. Since I did so well in the first round I just decided to stay with the drops but some I know mix it up. How did you do on your prior rounds ? This is my second round and on the first I lost 35 pounds in 32 days and only gained the one back over Christmas.

I am sorry that you are frustrated this round but it may just be a timing thing: TOM, outside stresses, or something like that. Be sure to keep me updated on how you are doing. The forum is so big I tend to lose some folks in it.

hey Amy, I saw your reply to a post I put up a week ago ... I couldnt respond for some reason, so I thought I'd drop you a note here. I'm guessing that you're on day 3 like me of the VLC and wanted to see how you're doing. I gained 3 pounds while loading and have only managed to drop 1 pound of it. UGHHHHHHH I also switched from drops to injections this time and am wondering now why I did that since I had so much success before. Anyway... I hope you're having success !
