Hi universal2, hope all is well! I am in p4w2 @ 1 lb above ldw. So I am pretty stable especially since I had Christmas & new years in there! I am just waiting for my HCG to arrive...I was hoping this week. I just re read some of your posts so I am all set to load 1 day w p3 foods only...no stuffing! Do I have that right? How are you doing?
Thank you for your informatice response. You message was very clear. I spend most of yesterday scouring the forums on cycling to get information on how to proceed. I plan to do a 30 day round followed by 3 weeks of P3, I think that will give me enough time to breathe before cycling back in.
Hi, I have been reading your posts on the Cycling threads and became more intrigued the more I read. This is my 3rd Round with 2 previous complete rounds (P2, P3, extended P3 for P4). The thing is that I will be running out of hcg in 2 days, I am on P2 Day 28 of a planned 40-day round. This is long before I actually planned to end the round. My shipment is still stuck in customs, so I have been trying to figure out which way to go. I was previously considering doing a planned interruption type thing until I get my delivery of hcg but after looking around, I think I may try the cycling route. From reading the forum, I see that you are the Cycling Expert. I just wanted to clarify something. In Cycling, you do a round of 23-40 days then do P3 for 3 weeks and then cycle right back into P2 for the 23-40 days . . then go P3 to P2 and keep repeating until you get to your last round of P2 -P3 for 3 weeks followed by P4 Maintenance for life?
Thanks so much for your encouragement and support. I feel soo much better hearing that you are stable even with the cycling and after all this time. Great news. I agree with you on keeping things simple. I tend to do better that way. Even a soup or stew are likely to cause trouble and I can never figure out why. Yesterday, I tried coconut oil again and had a slight gain. I tried it in p2 with the same results. So I guess this I- talian body only wants EVOO! I have 1 more question... Did you do a complete round at the end of the cycling or did you not get to that point yet? If not, and you are stable anyway, I think you are proving my suspicion that people who don't stabilize are likely adding all sorts of not so good stuff. And there are probably some who have some physiological issues as well. Thanks for your generosity ...read a lot of your posts yesterday! Very enlightening! Julie
Hi universal, I loved hearing about how you were cycling. Are you still on this site? How did you do overall? I thought your approach. Bite off the weight in smaller chunks and the big number takes care of itself. I also think 2 wks on and 1 wk off was ultimately easier on the body. I am through w R1 and plan to cycle thru 6 rounds and the do a traditional 7th and last round. I would appreciate any insights you wish to share. Thanks, julie
Hi there, I am so confused! you seem to be the expert on cycling, so I want to know what is up with people going from P3 back to P2? I thought a cycle was a round, finishing P3 & P4 (6 weeks) before doing another round. Please explain this cycling concept. Thanks!
