So the time has passed pretty well, I am already hitting my one week mark! Sweet! My total loss for week one was 9.6! Not bad at all, really happy about that loss, but I am starting week 2 off on the bad foot. Yesterday, I was getting tired of beef and chicken (i dislike the taste of seafood), so I thought it okay to try the egg substitute (1 whole egg with 3 whites) & have learned that I have a sensitivity to eggs, I am up .2 this morning and the only new food was eggs, the rest was strict
Okay so I am further in then last time and holding strong. Hunger is really not a problem this time and i am thankful for that, I am a little hungry in the morning but i think that is because it has been nearly 12 hours since my body has had fuel, and i am totally a breakfast person.
And i'm really happy with my weight loss thus far; 5 days & 7.2 pounds =]
Okay so starting over was very easy, im not even as hungry as before and I didn't load, go figure, by body is crazy! Im keeping the Stevia in the Raw this time too so I can drink more tea. I do believe the green tea is my hunger aide!
Okay so the good news:
Im back to 222.2(my starting weight from the first attempt at this diet)
& from the week and a half that I began this journey til now day 3 of second attempt, I have lost 2 inches in my waistVery happy about that!
okay so i went out of town and forgot my drops, 3 days and 4 pounds later, I decided to take that as an interruption and start all over again =[ im very sad because I am 1.8 over my start weight, I am kicking myself in the butt for not at least following the diet for those three days (as you are suppose to do in interruption) gah! Oh well, back at square one, only wasted a week and a half!
Today is my second VLCD, hungry, but it isn't really bad, I have had a headache all day though and the two recipes i tried yesterday (strawberry vinegar chicken salad, and meatballs in tomato sauce) were really bland and the tomato sauce was nothing like tomato sauce =[ so here are my stats so far and why it's worth it to me:
Day 1:222.2
Day 2:225.8
Day 3:227.6
Day 4:222.4
That mean i am .2 pounds from my start weight already!!! Yay! so happy!
