Things have been pretty easy, I'm seeing huge success and I think the key might be drinking half your weight in ounces in water. Example; 200lbs, 100oz of water. I've also toyed with just using apple cider vinegar with my greens. It tastes pretty swell, and I believe theres no calories and its a detox.
