Hcg to the rescue after 2 yrs of maintaining my wt more or less

I decided to start my HcG all over again because myweight has gone up after some hormone treatments to where I do not like to be. I had more or less maintained my weight at 145lbs for the last two years and had been active and eating healthy, but had some hormone issues so the treatment just didn't do any good to my body form so I am back on HcG now. My starting weight was 159.9lbs after my 5th day VLCD my weight went up a lb to 153.5 from 152.4 yesterday. The only thing I did different in my opinion

Moved on from the two day stagnation today

So this morning I weighed in and was .8lb lighter. I was very skeptic that I would see any loss at all because of what I know form the last round when my weight just loved to stick to a certain number and not go down at all. Must have done something right yesterday or wrong the day beofre . Either ways, here is what I ate yesterday:

R2 vlcd 3

After having a rough (in my books since I'd lost 20 lbs in 34 days being a Vegetarian that is) P2 in round 1 where the medicine just didnt do anything for the last two weeks, I moved on to P3 and P4 and I stabilized at 147 lbs, which is 2 lbs above my lcdw. But I was so ready to start again and started R2 on Thursday (Aug 11). I decided not to pig out and spoil all of my effort and ate normally and gained about 1 lb after the first two days.
