- Ovo-lacto vegetarian for 15 years: WHAT WORKED: Did Simeon's vegetarian protocol for P2 (1 egg + 3 whites for one meat, 100g of fat free cottage cheese for the other) & broke up food throughout the day. Works like gangbusters for me! Use _The Soy Zone_ (B. Sears) to maintain.
WHAT FAILED: Slimfast, Lean Cuisine, exercise alone, portion control, diet soda, lowfat-whole grain, throwing out the scale
MY P2 FOOD SCHEDULE: 8am grissini, 12pm veg & protein, 3pm lunch fruit, 5pm dinner grissini, and rest of dinner later.
