Biography:
I feel fine for 51, no health issues. Just started this year with irregular cycles and wt gain. Took it off once but it's back and just won't go down. My daughter's wedding is in 1 month and I intend to get it off. Too much sitting on the job (other than walking 18 flights of stairs daily - 9 floors) but zero progress. Looking for more info for myself and my DM1 son - quite overweight and he needs help.
