  1. I am on day 7 and I have a 6 pound loss. been loosing 1 pound a day, but yesterday only had half a pound loss, so not sure what that is about. I am not hungry in the usual sense. I have breakfast around 7:30 then have snack around 9:30-10 then lunch around 11:30-12 and another snack around 2-3 and then dinner around 6.....so far I've not had any hunger, but I think about food all the time, so it is all mental for me not physical. If I miss a snack or a meal is late, then i do get terribly weak, but i usually perk back up after I eat. i do not have the energy I usually do, but I figure my body is working pretty hard right now, so dealling with it. Food is getting boring, but only 32 to go right? LOL I'm paying my self indulgence bill for the last time!!! The road is not fun, but very necessary. Hang in there and i really enjoyed the update! Hopefully your losses will increase for you soon.
