Getting Back on Track

In an hour, I have an appointment with a clinic in Red Deer to learn more about their version of the hcg diet. It sounds like I will have to go in 2x/week for a vitamin shot, and then use hcg cream applied daily to the inside of my forearms.

I successfully lost 50 lbs in 2009 on the diet. I have gained all back plus 20 more. I did it by myself at home with hcg ordered from an internet pharmacy. I'm going through a clinic this time because I need the emotional support and accountability.
