Thanks Penn I appreciate the cheer, sorry to have been gone so long I am still plugging away, I find the less I talk about the diet and just do it the easier psychologically it is for me, I was begining to obsess and also I don't weight in everyday because I found it makes it so hard during a stall I hope you and the girls are doing great. I have to apologies for my weaknesses for not being there so much has taken place and God is dealing with me and enabling me to stand firm in this and so many other issues. God Bless you always and I will keep in touch.
