Moring everyone!
Thought I would post a blog cause it has been forever! I am in my second week of P4/R3 and seem to be stabilizing well. I am .8 above LIW and find my body being able to eat a larger variety of things without gaining. Yogurt was a no go 3 weeks ago and now I have it everyday for breakfast. I have 2 fruits a day, lots of veggies, eggs, all different types of meat with the fat and I try not to have any sugar or starch. If I do have starch or sugar its a treat and
Almost at the end of P3 and I am sitting at 2.4lbs above LIW putting me at 205.4. I seem to be stabilizing well but I am finding it hard to pin point what makes me gain. Do I look at what I ate from the day before or 2 days before? And when I have a loss is that from what I ate the day before or 2 days? kinda confused. Any input would be great!

Today I decided to go through my closet because half the stuff I dont wear anymore. I started with my jeans. I have atleast 40 pairs...I am addicted to denim. lol I came to a pair that I bought off the inernet about 8 months ago. They only came up a little bit over my knees. I tried them on today and they FIT! I was absolutely shocked. I know I lost weight but this was the confirmation. What an amazing feeling let me tell you. I cant wait until I try on these jeans in 6 months and realize...they
Morning all!
Weighed in this morning at +2.0 lbs over LIW. Hoping tomorrow I will see a slight drop cause my BM are usually every other day. Does anyone have any suggestions on something to take to become more regular?? I had the same problem my last round. I seem to be okay with eggs which I am thankful for. Going to start introducing some cheese on Tuesday or Wednesday to see how I do..but we will see how daring I am. Have a great Sunday!
So phase 3 is a little harder for me this round. My body does not want to co-operate with meA whole new set of rules it seems. I ended up dong a steak day on Day 3 and gained! Has this happened to anyone else before. I think TOM was a big part of it but it never effected me in previous rounds. I drank enough water, steak was big enough and fatty enough. Soooo...I will leave it at ...confused. Yesterday I ate as clean as possible however, I did have eggs for breakfast because i was so steaked
