VLCD 27 (I think..) and I have hit my first mini goal of 20 pounds gone!! Next.. 150 pounds which is a loss of 42.8 from where I am now and a total loss of 62.2!
Next week is my first planned interruption, going on vacation! Will eat REALLY good! Come back and hopefully to 10-15 more days on the VLCD!
Can't believe this really does work!!

- VLCD4 and everything is going great! Down 7.4lbs! Super excited, can't wait to see how much in total I will lose my first full week! My over all goal for this 30 day round is 20lbs and before I didn't think I would reach it but now my hopes are high! Whoohoo!
