  1. YAy for weight loss!!! Yeah, as far as I know oranges are on protocol, but I didn't eat one probably more than once a week. I am SOo happy that your stall broke and you didn't cheat!!! It was hard for me...
    I stayed REALLY REALLY strict with my protocol, I even packed all of my food and equipment with me when we went to visit the parents! BUT once I cheated I never stopped, so my losses could have been SIGNIFICANTLY more if I had some self control. (though it was like cocoa crack, and a bite of this and that once a day, it was still cheating...) What's interesting is my losses were the greatest when I didn't cheat and was honest to protocol. I still got to my goal weight and I am VERY pleased with my losses. I lost 17.8 pounds, which was actually more than what my goal weight was!
    I am nervous about stabilizing, I will definitely let you know how everything goes!!
    Keep those losses girl and you'll win it!!!!

    I count from loading weight haha. Good that everything "cleared up" for you. Drink some Natural Calm every morning or night from now on. Get it at Whole Foods it actually tastes ok

    I was already feeding my temptation and browsing user results when mixed with vodka/wine :0) I just got all my Polish vodka delivered (lived there for a year and half) and I'm a complete wine *****... So if I'm realistic I'm not sure I could completely cut those out. I'll adhere to the food protocol like a nazi but I have to be realistic, I do not believe I could do it without a glass of wine here or there. I'm going to wait a week or two but I do plan to have one or the other :0)

    so far my loss has been 26.8 lbs I only extended the diet by 3 days or so I forgot already. I'm on my second day of vlcd without hcg. Tying up Phase 2 what about you? How're you doin?
  9. Yay! I love strawberries, but my new weakness through this whole experience are apples. There is a recipe in one of the collections in P2 thread that is an apple crisp. SOOOO yummy! I split my grissini one at lunch, and one on my apple crisp for my dinner desert
    Yes, I have stalled, and yes it was VERY frustrating. I stalled when I got down to a weight that I had been in college for a couple years and it was hard to break the stall. Once the stalls break though, it just keeps coming off. Its hard to stay positive during stalls, but its even more hard to not just give in and cheat!!
    I actually got to my goal and a little below! But I was forced to eat off protocol last night and I'm up 2 pounds...Kinda discouraging...BUT its still better than where i was!!!
  10. I smuggled in my grissini to the movie theatre and enjoyed every last crumb!!
    Good job passing up that food!!! I didn't load very well and I was hungry so I made my DH eat everything I couldn't have so I wouldn't be tempted. It gets better once all you have is ingredients then you don't really feel like "making" something and the hunger eventually goes away.
    I am super excited though, because I start p3 in a week!! I am SUPER nervous because I hear all these horror stories about people adding too much too fast then they gain 3 pounds and what not. ugh. i really hope that doesn't happen.
