    Hey, how have your weigh-ins been going?? I am down from 134lb on Monday to 131 today. TOM is arriving any moment, so I may forgo the scale all together for a week. Being this is VLCD27 I know which foods I lose best on and it's better for me to just skip the scale instead if risking frustration. I did that last month, and I lost really good during TOM.

    I'm gonna shoot for the same goal to do 40 days + in order to achieve my goals. I have a planned interuption for my 30th birthday, I will probably eat Ph3 for a weekend, and return to Ph2 until I am at 115lbs. I've read from others that Round 1/3 are the best for stabilizing....and I really don't want to be doing 3 rounds. Let's make Round1 count!! Thanks for the offer to 'be there' for me! I will need it for sure. Today, VLCD6 I've turned a corner. I feel MUCH better, and even had energy to do my normal morning routine, and planning to visit with my sister later. Since I"m a stay-at-home Mom with kids in full day school, I've got a lot of time on my hands....so I'm realizing I need to keep busy! I'm down to 137.5lbs today....that's almost 10lbs. I'm happy with that for week1, I know week2 will be even better! Have a great day! ps What is your start weight, and goal weight? My start was 146lbs, Goal weight: 115lbs, to stabilize at 120lbs

  6. I laughed when I read your message because I most definitely can relate!!!!!!! I did the same thing!!! Maybe we just had to get it out of our systems? I've got my drops and plan on starting again with loading.......maybe Thursday or Friday. Are you still taking the drops or did you stop?

  8. Hello my friend! How are you doing? Just wanted to check in with you.

    Well, I ran out of drops and due to my limited funds, won't be able to buy any more until I get paid next week. I'm happy about the 5 I lost and hopefully they will stay lost until I can start up again. But this time I'm going to get a larger quantity of drops so I won't run out.

    I just have one kind of personal question and I'm a little embarrassed to ask........are you having regular BM's? I can't remember the last time I've gone! Where the heck is all that stuff going? Or maybe it's not going anywhere!!?? Eeww. Gonna take some herbal laxatives this weekend.

    Since I upped my drops to 15, my supply is not going to last as long as I had originally planned. But that's ok......I'm hoping I'll get to that ten pound mark then take a little breather.

just plugging along

Down 1.6 today after a mini steak day. Not protocol I know but I was up 1.8 the day before and for no reason at that. Was very puffy so I chugged the fluids yesterday, had an apple about three strawberries and a 7 oz piece of eye of round with a tomato last night. Going to do something similar today and we'll see where that leaves me tomorrow. I am in hurry up and wait mode for hubby to come home. P3 after a few days

I'm about 5 days into P3 and things are going well. Right now .2 above LDW but the TMI Fairy does not visit very often around here so I'm sure it's fine. I've been eating more of an Atkins approach but not tons of food, just very few carbs. I've decided that this week of P3 will be a planned interruption. I want to scream! Up another 1.4 after three days of up .2 That is two whole freakin pounds! It's the gym, the tanning, not enough water, my eleven year old keeping me up til midnight, no TMI, hell it could be the sweet n low that hubby's been putting in the regular tea. I'm ready to be done but not if I keep on gaining! To top that off I fly down to Miami for three days tomorrow morning. Eating on protocol is managable but the water retention from the flights? No scale? I'll weigh when I get home

Down another .4. Two more lbs to the 150's and hit the 15 lbs lost mark too. So a couple of small goals have been met or are about to be. Still hemming and hawing about when to start P3.

So close. I hope to see the 150's this week. No loss this morning but it's ok. I went to the tanning bed and I also worked out for the first time since starting this. I'm a little pink and a little sore but I'll take it. Got to start reigning in the bat wings and help my butt to not entirely disappear!
