Okay, all things considered I had a great week. I realized a few things. When I would work out or go for a walk, I tended to not drink my water which caused a gain. I saw 193 on the scale this week and I refuse to change my ticker back to the gain I had after that. I had a planned cheat day this week as I knew I would be in a situation where I could not control the food but did very well considering!
I start this week off with a 3 lb loss but that is really probably water retention

I had a gain today but felt really good, so was surprised. I chalked it up to being a women! So I decided to take my measurements to see what's up.
Here are my new measurements, I will take my rebalancing success today to keep me going!
Week 3 measurements (days) day 17 gain to 198.2
. Been bouncing a little up and down between 196.4-198.2, and not consistent on my water so that is probably why.

Well, last week was not as successful as the first but still successful. I knew I would have a couple days where I couldnt control what was being served. One of those days I probably could've refrained from what happened to be served but decided to have a piece of cheesecake. A couple days later we went to a friends house for dinner (new friends) so I didn't feel I could put any restrictions on them. Well! I just have to say how glad I am for this forum and the ability to use this blog. I have been keeping track of my food with an iPhone app that turned out to be wrong in many areas, as well as, had no ability to look back and see what you did, which is very useless in my opinion. Although I don't have the ability to choose what I need my caloric intake to be I have chosen to use myfitnesspal app and like that I can go back and look at what ive logged.
