    Hello Everyone ~ loading day 1 is almost over and I feel so yucky. I am nervous about following protocol and using hhcg? Any other loaders starting this week? Looking to build a support for those hard days. Can't wait to get this weight moving.

  3. I tried to read the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, but I just couldn't get into it. I gave up. I hear it gets MUCH MUCH better about halfway through the book. I'm not good at reading stuff I don't enjoy... if I don't enjoy it, I stop and move on to another book. There's just too many good books out there to spend any time NOT enjoying one, ya know? lol

    Well, my goal was 120, and thats' where I stopped my last round. I'm so pleased to have leaned out more and am maintaining around 117-118. I never thought that was possible! I'm eating more and enjoying the structure. It's amazing! You should seriously look into it. I haven't read Hunger Games, but thanks for reminding me! I have been wanting to do that before the movie comes out, too! Have you read Girl With The Dragon Tattoo yet? The movie comes out in Dec. The books were so good (crazy violent) but good. Can't wait!

    That's great for Christian and glad you are happy with your losses before the holidays come around. I have been doing amazing following the paleo diet and leptin reset. You should definitely look into it for stabilizing! The cows are great...keeping busy with them and book signings.

    Zami, I miss our chats in the grammy's august loaders thread! How have you been? Are you in p3 yet? I've been doing the leptin reset/paleo since I started p3 on Sept. 8 and have stabilized 3 lbs below LDW, with no steak days yet! Just wanted to pop in and say hi!

    A fff day is a way to break a stall and/or increase losses in P2. I know Grammy is strict protocol so out of respect I didn't want to go into full detail on our Sept. thread. It's fairly new and it seems like each person does it a little differently - some use fat free, others 2% and some us full fat. It seems to work whichever way you go. I did a 35 oz tub of 2% fage, added a scoop of MRM vanilla protein and throughout the day ate it with about 1.5 cup of berries. I was down 1.7 lbs the next day. It worked for Carla too. I plan to do at least a couple more over the next two weeks.

    Thankyou for your help. it seems to me a lot of people have very little results in round 2 but better results in R3. Makes me wonder if I should only do 3 weeks for R2.

What helps me is to try to look at every P2 meal I eat as if it were a prescription. A medical prescription that is going to make this work to make me well. If I can keep that perspective in mind, going through the process is much easier for me.

Also, I've found that if I cook my food fresh for each meal, it tastes so much better, and I can really enjoy it that way. - Leez

So did your hunger go away after 4pm on your skip day? if so, that means you do need to lower your dose. Does that 4 pound loss include your load weight? if so, that is a pretty low loss for week one and something is not right.

My secret to feeling full is making a soup for my dinner: ground chicken, grape tomatoes, water, garlic powder, cumin, chipotle chili powder, oregano and a bit of salt. It makes a big bowlful of "chili" and really satisfies me. I sometimes cook my lettuce in a skillet right after I wash it; the water braises it. A favorite snack is "pickles": cucumbers, vinegar, dill, garlic powder, black or white pepper, a little salt. - tortillas
