Zeekman--I saw your thread titled "Grocery List.". I don't know if anybody has answered you but Grissini is Italian for breadsticks. I have seen many questions in the forum about that one. And teas, there is one thread and my ND both strongly encouraged Yerba Mate as an appetite suppresant. If you google "mate" it is used by Central/South American peasants to curb their hunger because they don't have enough to eat. I remember that from college because I was a Latin Am studies major. Have you read anything conclusive here in the forum about appetite suppressants? I might post a question about it.

Yes you'll take your drops on your loading days. It takes a couple days for the hcg level to build up in your system. As for what to eat when loading....fatty foods, lots and lots of fatty foods and anything you thing you'll miss. You want to gorge as best as possible. It will make a difference those first few days.
