    Almond Unsweetened Milk 24 oz freeze ice cubes night before almond milk 2 gram
    1 tsp organic vanilla
    2 scoops Sun Warrior Vegan Protein Powder 140 calories 34 grams protein / with 83% soluble
    1 or 2 to taste packet dry sweetener stevia
    2 heaping TBSP organic peanut butter Whole Foods or Earthfare ground no sugar added or salt 7 grams

    43 grams protein
    Plus:
    I egg scrambled made with 1 TBSP coconut virgin unrefined oil 7 g protein

for example, i am on drops, and 10 drops 3 x a day I was hungry, I backed it DOWN, yes down to 7 drops 3 x a day and i was no longer hungry or tempted, can you believe it, not even tempted, so less is more most often on this diet if you are hungry and PS: always carry an apple with you
