    Oh my gosh, I was not expecting to see that as the cause of your stress. I'm so sorry to hear that. I can't imagine how stressful that must be. If I'm prying, no need to answer, but was this completely out of the blue or a long time coming kind of thing? I just can't imagine. Regardless, I truly am sorry to hear you're going through this. Sending big, big hugs to you. I'm glad you were cleared for work and exercise. That's a good thing! The gym could be a good place to meet people for sure. Maybe your bac water will show up so you could keep going. That would be nice - looking at your ticker, you don't have far to go at all! Keep hanging in there with everything. Stay in touch. I'm on here daily lately. I was lucky to find a thread for round 3 and most of us are hanging around there even though we're out of P2. Feel free to stop by there if you ever feel like it. Just stalk my posts and you'll find it.

    Hey! Just saw your message. Glad you're back and doing well! You're probably right about the exercise. I'm definitely going to start back up soon. Have been dealing with a problem (tmi) that hasn't allowed me to get to it though. I'm in P3 now, almost P4. It's going okay. Because of my tmi problem, I've had to eat some off-protocol things, so stabilizing has been more of challenge than previous rounds. Hanging in there though. You'll have to keep me posted on how cycling goes. I'm intrigued by the idea. How much more do you want to lose? I could probably stand to do another round at some point. I'd love to get below goal a bit so I could actually stabilize at goal, know what I mean? We'll see. Hope you have a great last round! Crazy to think it's been almost a year since we all started this journey!
  4. Thanks ailuj!! I'm doing well. I stabilized so well this last time and I know it was due to the exercise. I'm not cleared for exercise yet, though I just loaded for my final (hopefully) round on Thanksgiving. I'm going to cycle for 2 weeks, then off for 2-3 weeks while I start working out again. Then I'll finish with the remainder of a long round the same as I did last time. Hope it goes as well. How are things with you?

    Thanks Tzimari...pigged out at the wedding...now I'm home going to take my drops and have cherry pie and go to bed...tomorrow day 2 of loading...I am so looking forward to day 3.

Round 4 Underway...I workout in all phases and sometimes rogue it out...the goal is to listen to your body and sometimes my body says ROGUE so I can keep building muscle in the gym.
