  1. Hi Jeneelyn....It finally broke...KIND OF. For about three or four days I lost three or four pounds. However, this morning I woke up and had gained almost two of the four back!!!!!!!!! No cheating whatsoever. I do not eat the fruit or the melba toast. I eat minimal spinach or asparagus and I don't use sweetener. I'll be damned if I know what I'm doing wrong, but I'm getting frustrated. If I haven't lost the two pounds and maybe some additional ounces by morning, I'm going to post about it.
    How's yours going? I assume you're currently on the protocol?
