Hi Everyone,
I am on VLCD5 and I noticed that I have been feeling hungry in the early afternoon and at night.
I called the provider of my HCG sublingual drops and asked whether I should up or reduce my dosage. Was told to stay on the dosage as is and try a cup of chicken broth.
I also asked about exercise and was told that if I do exercise I need to up my protein intake a bit. Recommended half a protein bar.
Any thoughts or has anybody
